What happens after my website launches?
After launch, we provide 30 days of support to fix any issues and answer questions. We'll train you on making basic updates. Beyond that, we offer monthly maintenance plans or you can contact us for one-off changes. We're here for the long term, not just the initial build.
How do I contact you if something breaks?
Maintenance plan clients get priority support via email and phone. For urgent issues, we respond within 2 hours during business hours. Non-urgent requests are handled within 24-48 hours. You'll have a direct line to us, not a generic support queue.
Do you provide hosting?
We can set up and manage hosting for you, or work with your existing hosting provider. We typically recommend Vercel for custom sites (fast, reliable, included in our maintenance) or your platform's native hosting for WordPress/Shopify. We'll recommend the best option for your needs and budget.
